Shipping Policy

Thanks to our advanced network, your products are crafted and shipped from local production facilities across 13 countries, including: the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Austria, and the Czech Republic.

2. Smart Order Processing & Routing
To ensure fast, reliable, and eco-friendly service, we utilize a Smart Routing System:
Your order is automatically routed and produced at the nearest and most efficient production center relative to your delivery address.
In the event of local stock shortages, our global backup network will automatically fulfill your order from the next closest facility to guarantee prompt delivery.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery destination and the number of items in your cart. Below is a reference guide for our standard regional shipping rates:

4. Processing & Delivery Time
Processing Time: All orders are custom-printed and processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.
Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and the local carrier network. Please note that these are estimates and not legal guarantees, as minor delays can occasionally occur due to carrier logistics.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is printed, packed, and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey straight to your door.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Because we prioritize printing and shipping your order from a local facility within your region (e.g., UK for UK buyers, US for US buyers, EU for EU buyers), the vast majority of orders will not incur any customs duties or import taxes.
However, if an item must be routed internationally due to local stock shortages, the recipient is responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the destination country.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately at support@seasportees.com. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Payment Policy

Regional Product Pricing: Because we manufacture locally across different continents, the base cost of fulfillment and materials varies by region. Consequently, categories like Apparel, Tote Bags, Posters, and Framed Posters utilize regional pricing.
To see the exact price for your area, simply select your destination country from the dropdown menu on any product page, and the price will dynamically update.
5. Failed Payments
If your transaction fails at checkout, please verify that your payment details are correct, that your account has sufficient funds, or that your bank hasn’t flagged an international purchase. For continued issues, try an alternative payment method or email us for support.
Seasportees LTD Warranty & Return Policy
1. Legal Guarantee (EU, UK & Northern Ireland)
All products purchased from Seasportees LTD are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771 (and applicable UK consumer laws). This guarantee ensures robust protection against manufacturing defects that existed at the time of delivery.
✅ What’s Covered: Defects in materials or workmanship, faulty stitching, printing errors, or significant fabric flaws affecting usability.
🚫 What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, fading or shrinkage from regular usage, damage caused by improper washing/handling, accidental stains, or general misuse.
2. Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:
Contact Us: Email support@seasportees.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Assessment: We will review your claim within 1–2 business days. Most assessments are fully completed within 5–7 business days.
Proof Timeline: If reported within 6 months of purchase, the defect is assumed to have existed at delivery. After 6 months, we may ask for reasonable photographic or descriptive proof showing the flaw is a manufacturing defect.
Resolution: Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement or full refund within 3–5 business days at no cost to you.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your gear!
30-Day Window: You may return unused products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Defective Products: If returning due to a confirmed manufacturing error, Seasportees covers all return shipping costs.
Personal Reasons: If returning for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind), the buyer covers the return shipping costs.
